Summary: The hotel and room was AMAZING!!! The only complaints I have are to at the pool area is not super private. We had children above us on the balcony and neighbors to the left of usโ€ฆ This made the area not seem so โ€œprivateโ€. Also, there were a few bugs that came in the kitchen when we cooked. The last thing was that our room did not have a/c for the first night and only the a/c in the bedroom worked for the remainder of the stay. The property manager did extend a resort credit to us for the inconvenience. Other than that, this was a very nice property. The staff was super friendly and we got complementary rum punch upon checking in!! Will definitely be back!!!
